What material is this product made of?

Due to the design of the product, it can only be produced using 3D printing and is made of safe, non-toxic PLA material.

Is the surface smooth?

As a 3D-printed product, the base may have slight marks, but we carefully smooth it to ensure the surface is as polished as possible. You may lightly sand before use if needed. Thanks for your support!

What fish is this product suitable for?

It is suitable for small fish under 1.97 inches, and is especially perfect for bettas. The compact, honeycomb-style cave design allows bettas to explore, rest, and feel secure inside.

What should I do if the product is damaged?

We’ve received feedback that some products may be damaged during delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. We’re improving packaging and will launch sturdier, premium packaging before 2026. Returns or exchanges are always available.
