🌊 Technology & Setup 

Q: How does the water stay up? Will it spill?

A: It’s pure physics, no magic! Our AeroAquarium™ uses a negative pressure (vacuum) system. Once the air is removed from the top cylinder, the atmospheric pressure pushes the water up and holds it securely in place. As long as the vacuum seal is intact, the water will never spill.

Q: Is it safe for the fish? How do they breathe?

A: Absolutely. The fish naturally swim up into the negative pressure zone to explore their "penthouse view." Oxygen exchange occurs normally in the base tank where the water meets the air. We design our tanks to give your aquatic pets more vertical space and a highly enriched environment.

Q: Is it difficult to set up? A: Not at all. Setting up your Zen Sanctuary takes about 15-20 seconds.Our videos show step-by-step visual guide. You simply fill the tank!

Q: What is the purpose of the Orgone Pyramid in the Zen Set?

A: The Orgone Pyramid is crafted to help focus positive energy and filter out the "noise" or EMFs of modern life. When placed above the gentle, flowing rhythm of the negative pressure tank, it creates a unique, calming energy vortex—perfect for meditation, deep focus, or simply unwinding after a long day.

🧽 Maintenance & Care 

Q: How do I feed the fish or clean the top cylinder?

A: Feeding is easy! You drop the food into the base tank; the fish will naturally swim down to eat. For cleaning the top cylinder, you simply release it, wipe and reset. We recommend a quick wipe-down once every two weeks.

📦 Shipping, Safety & Returns

Q: Is it made of glass? What if it breaks during shipping?

A: Instead of glass, we made it by premium PVC. Your peace of mind is our priority. We use heavy-duty, custom-molded shockproof packaging. However, if your tank arrives damaged, we offer a 100% Free Replacement Guarantee. Simply email us a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will ship a new one immediately.

Q: Do you ship worldwide? How long does it take?

A: Yes, we ship globally!

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Our artisan pieces are carefully inspected before packing).

  • Shipping Time: 7-12 business days depending on your location. All orders include full tracking so you can watch your sanctuary arrive.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to love your healing nook. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your AeroAquarium, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a refund (please refer to our full Refund Policy for details).
